Delivery Information

For non-perishable items we aim to have your order with you within 3 to 5 working days. All deliveries of non-perishable are sent through either Royal Mail, Parcel Force, Fedex or UPS or our own delivery vehicles. Larger heavier items may be sent by either UPS or our own delivery vehicles.

Some of our stock is stored at Amazon Fulfilment Centres so may be delivered to you by Amazon in Amazon packaging through the Amazon Merchant Fulfilment Program.

Perishable items and food products will be delivered by one of our own temperature controlled vehicles. A date and time for delivery will be arranged in advance.

Some products are age restricted to over 18, age verification will be required at the time of delivery. Failure to verify age at the time of delivery will result in your goods being returned to us.

We deliver to all areas of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and the Isle of Man. We don't charge extra or a surcharge for deliveries to Highland or Islands or remote areas. However, there are some products where we can't deliver outside mainland UK, if the product your ordering is in this category then you will be notified at the time of checkout.

We also deliver to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
